Please note all submissions must include a completed and signed copy of the Pertinent Clauses document in their offers. The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation on an all or none basis. The offer shall detail the offered solution in their quote or attach a data specification sheet. Please provide a detailed breakdown or narrative of what is being provided to meet the requirement. Do not copy and paste the line item information from the attached documents to your bid as this will classify a bid unsuccessful in the technical evaluation process. We require detailed descriptive information on all bids. Quote/Proposal shall be received electronically via e-mail not later than 09:00 A.M. MST (Arizona), on 26 September 2021.
