The contractor shall provide two 15 passenger van with drivers who are able to transport Soldiers on and off of Fort Huachuca. The contractor will ensure that all drivers meet the requirements to drive on and off the installation and are able to transport Soldiers. Soldiers will travel with a battle buddy at all times. Male-female battle buddy teams are only authorized when there is only one IET Trainee/Soldier of a particular gender, and a same gender battle buddy is not available. Drivers will only allow students to board in battle buddy teams of two or three Soldiers. No individual students will be allowed to board.
