The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is seeking potential source under the proposed NAICS Codes 541714 and 541720 who have the capability to provide a Brand Name Only Emulate Bio LI1010012224 Liver Healthy Quad -Culture Kit 18pk. These kits are specifically designed for compatibility with the Emulate Zoe cell culture system used in the labs at CCDC CBC. This effort is in support of CBC customer DTRA-JSTO requirements collaborating with DARPA to incorporate and further develop the deliverables from various programs to establish an unprecedented capability within the DOD at CCDC CBC (see attached info). These are commercial-off-the-shelf items of the kit; no substitutions shall be accepted. Anticipated ordering periods are a base and 2 option years. The Place of delivery is at CCDC-CBC, BioSciences Division FCDD-CBR-T 8938 N King Creek Rd Gunpowder, MD 21010. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS codes 541714/541720. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a RFQ may be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Response to this notice is strictly voluntary and will not affect any corporation's ability to submit an offer if and when a solicitation is released.
