This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. This combined synopsis/solicitation PANAPG-19-P-0000031893 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. For the exact text and wording of clauses and provisions please see http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order contract resulting from this solicitation. 3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 - Software Publishers. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. All eligible offerors are encouraged to submit a quote. 4. This requirement is to renew maintenance on existing Citrix software and NetScaler equipment that supports the Standard Procurement System-Army (SPS-A) environment. SPS is the Army's primary contract writing system. Maintaining the software licenses, which are required to access the system and the hardware which provides connectivity, must be maintained to keep these sites operational. 5.Base Period: 30 September 2019 - 1 January 2020 Option Period: 2 January 2020 - 1 January 2021 6. One firm fixed price contract will be awarded to a vendor who is an authorized retailer/vendor for Citrix Software and NetScaler. 7.Responses should be submitted to contracting officer, Sabrinna Cosom via email: sabrinna.r.cosom.civ@mail.mil.
