Material Requirements: - Thick heavy duty cover (28 ounce PVC or similar) - Waterproof - UV resistant - #4 Stainless steel grommets Cover Requirements: - Form fitting - Side Covers (semi-oval): - Cover the clear portion of the photo above - Quantity 2 - Radius ~ 10 foot - Metal zipper doorway on each cover (~34"x 72") - Offset to the right of center - Can be rolled up with fasteners to secure the rolled up material - Grommets located around the outer edge Roof Cover: - Fit over the red and yellow sections on the attached diagram - Grommets along the top of the canvas to allow for it to be attached to the metal frame - Grommets along the bottom of the canvas to allow it to be attached to the roof - Strip of grommets located on the side of this section of canvas to attach a bungee cord to the removable roof cover (see second photo above) (bungee cords are desired to maintain tension on cover/ easy to install/ remove versus paracord) Removable Roof Top Cover: - Includes the blue portion (5'x5' square) of the diagram and part of the red portion - Reinforced corners and lifting handle in the center - Easily removed and put back on - Must be able to be attached so that it has a form fit (prevent water from accumulating on top of or leaking into the structure) - Strip of grommets located on the side of this section of canvas to attach a bungee cord to the roof cover section (see second photo above) (bungee cords are desired to maintain tension on cover/ easy to install/ remove versus paracord) Includes cover and fit check of canvas post installation. please contact roderick.w.sumpter.mil@mail.mil for Picture diagram of custom canvas.
