Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-02TA effective 6 May 2019. The synopsis/ solicitation number is PANAPG-19-P-0000-020725 for a non-personal services contract that provides on-site, out-of-warranty hardware maintenance, repair services, parts replacement (including peripherals, i.e. Smart Card Reader) and support services for computer printing equipment and peripherals at US Army Base Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD . This requirement is a Total set-aside among Small Business Concerns represented by NAICS Code 811212 (Office machine repair and maintenance services (except communication equipment). The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Period of Performance is a Base Year and 2 Option Years. Description of Requirements: Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement with Equipment List. Technical Evaluation: Factor 1: Service personnel shall demonstrate at least 3 years of experience performing maintenance and repair of printers. Offerors shall submit resume to demonstrate this experience. Contractor shall achieve technically acceptable rating on technical factor to be considered technically acceptable. Instructions to Offerors: • Please provide a price quote for base year, and each option years based on the Equipment List provided in the PWS. • For additional information, refer to PWS attached. • By submitting a quote the Contractor agrees to the notations identified in the PWS. • All quotations from responsible sources will be fully considered.
