The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Society of Hispanic Professionals and Engineers (SHPE), located at 1318 Crossroads Pkwy N STE 450, City of Industry, CA 91746-3501, in support of the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) for space rental at Society of Hispanic Professionals and Engineers Career Fair and College Expo Conference. The SHPE Career Fair and College Expo Conference will be held in Phoenix, AZ from 30 October 2019 through 3 November 2019. Participation in this event will increase awareness about the Army's education, career, high-technology, and leadership opportunities. This acquisition is being pursued on a limited source justification under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold(SAT), only one source is reasonably available.
