No commitment will be incurred by the Government through this notice. The US Army Contracting Command, 414th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office- Italy (414th CSB/RCO-Italy), intends to acquire via a request for quote (RFQ), on behalf of the US Army Garrison Italy DPW (Department of Public Works). These are office furnishings. The items are listed in Attachment 1. While many items are captured in this attachment, it is not a final or an exhaustive list. This will be a commercial procurement, using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) at, Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Attachment 2 provides a sample building layout. NOTES: This is a Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Procurment All items shall be new with the official original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) warranties and/or certifications. Used, refurbished or reconditioned items are not acceptable. Vendors must quote on all items outlined in the solicitation.
