This serves as the USG’s publication for a Sources Sought/Notice of Intent to award a sole source Requirements Contract with a five year ordering period starting 01 Jan 2023 – 31 Dec 2027. Task orders will be place under the requirements contract under DODAAC W912CN for the five year ordering period with American Samoa Power Authority (ASPA) for utility services (electricity, water, sewer and solid waste) for their facilities located in American Samoa. This Requirements Contract will be made IAW 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, DFARS PGI 206.302-1 and FAR 41.201(d) and (e).
