The structure shall be complete and useable and at a minimum, contain the following specifications. Size: Two (2) 40X8X8 container Key technical specs: MUST HAVES. Eleven (11) work stations One (1) Video Teleconference Room One (1) Executive Office Shall be capable of being accredited as a T-SCIF per ICD 705. Protected space will provide sound attenuation to Sound Group IV, or a minimum of STC50 for amplified sound HVAC Lights Electrical distribution ( in-wall or surface mounted) Fiber optic network package Fold-down work benches Weight ------ Electrical Each facility shall have a 100A, 3PH Power Line filter with 100dB insertion loss 14 kHz to 40GHz. Shall include an external power conditioner for sure power for 110v. Shall include Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and surge suppression equipment to support Workstations (Laptop/Desktop), printers, security equipment, network equipment, etc Option for hard wire into a panel box, or cannon plug option.
