Vendor must provide all gas cylinders within the scope of the contract and up to the dollar amount agreed upon. Additional compressed gases may be added at the discretion of the contracting officer after negotiating pricing with the vendor. All gases and cylinder actions listed on the vendors quote will remain available to the Government unless removed through the discussion of both parties. Vendor must deliver cylinders to units within Fort Wainwright and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) as indicated on the Calls. Fort Greely will transport their cylinders to be filled as needed. Upon delivery, the Contractor shall provide each unit with documentation stating the types of compressed gases delivered, the quantities of each, and a listing of the number and types of cylinders picked up from the unit.
