The combined synopsis/solicitation number is PAN413-22-P-0000 001315R and is issue as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract for the Portable Latrines and Hand Wash Stations Rental & Services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The period of performance shall be for one base year and two option years. FAR clause 52.217-8 will be added to the contract and exercise as needed. SITE VISIT: No site visit will be conducted for this requirement. QUESTIONS: Any questions concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email to veronica.lamboysantana.civ@army.mil and michelle.i.aguilar2.civ@army.mil no later than Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 1:00 PM (AKST). Questions shall be responded electronically via SAM no later than Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 1:00 PM (AKST). SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Proposals shall be submitted electronically and no other method of proposal submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc) and Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) are acceptable formats for submitting proposals. Proposals shall be electronically submitted and received no later than Friday, September 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM (AKST).
