Labor, Material & Equipment: to perform the installation of a tracked shelving system and dismantle existing wood cabinets. The old evidence cubbies need to be torn out and replaced with a tracked shelving system. The shelving system needs to be adjustable with backings. The new system will need to come with one row of lockable shelves. 1) Do you have a layout or drawing? See attached. 2) How many cubbies and what sizes need to be removed? There are 48 cubicles that are 20.5" x 21.5" x 18.5" 3) Do you need an infill floor between tracks? No, unless required by contractor for the type of shelving that is utilized. 4) What does qty 14 for Pipp carriages represent? LABOR, MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING: - INSTALL APPROX. 14 CARRIAGE PIPP SHELVING (12 UNITS SHELVING) (2 UNITS FOLDING GUARD CAGES) METAL SHELVING: - 85"H X 48"W X 24"D UNITS W/ 5 LEVELS - INCLUDING BACK PANEL METAL SHELVING: - 85"H X 36"W X 24"D UNITS W/ 5 LEVELS - INCLUDING BACK PANEL FOLDING GUARD CLOSED CABINETS: - 80"H X 36'W X 24"D W/ 5 LEVELS PIPP CARRIAGES WITH TRACK AS PER DRAWING -Tracked shelving system with at least 600 cubic feet of storage space -Shelving must have adjustable/removable levels on each unit -Shelving must fit in 21’x10’10” space while allowing walking space and entry for the evidence custodian. -Shelving must have two rows of lockable shelving.
