This service is for the maintenance of UPS, Battery Bank, and HVAC at the High Altitude Electromagnetic Power System (HPS) on Fort Greely, Alaska. The contractor must provide scheduled maintenance services on each component, emergency response for outages and limited parts replacements such as jars, filters and warranty of all parts. The complete scope of work can be found in the attached SOW document. The anticipated period of performance is 8/1/2020 - 7/31/2021. There are four (4) UPS devices, model number 375B080A0C6EB57. There are two (2) HVAC units, model number PX018UA1A85419. Attached are the SOW Document and all available pertinent technical documents for the components, which prospective offerors should review in developing their proposals.
