It is a new requirement in response against SARS-CoV-2 that causes coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and against other biological hazards (including both liquid and solid biohazards). The Contractor shall provide cleaning, sanitizing, and/or disinfecting services against SARS-CoV-2, and other biological hazards (including both liquid and solid biohazards) throughout work/living spaces in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, administrative offices, bedrooms, common areas (dayrooms, fitness rooms, storage rooms, classrooms, laundry rooms, restrooms, hallways, etc.) and floors (carpet, hardwood, tile, refinished, etc.).
