The Bassett Army Community Hospital, located on Fort Wainwright, Alaska has a requirement to refurbish two Eaton 9390 UPS devices and to establish a maintenance service agreement to cover said devices. These UPS's provide uninterupted power to critical systems within the hospital, and are located within the server room. The batteries for each UPS were replaced within the last two years, and are not required to be replaced as part of the refurbishment, however the customer has requested the fans and actuators be replaced due to the age of the systems. This requirement is for one 12-month base year, and four 12-month option periods. The refurbishment is to occur during the initial service and the maintenance service agreement is to cover the entire duration of the contract.
