The Contractor shall provide an ordained Catholic Priest (with an active endorsement from the Archdiocese of the Military Services, USA) to provide mass, sacraments, Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance to all aspects of the FWA Catholic Parish, and Catholic pastoral care for the Installation. As such, this element falls under the responsibility of the Garrison Chaplain as defined in the Command Master Religious Plan (CMRP). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Solicitation has been extended until Friday, September 6, 2019. Responses are due by 1:00 PM (AKST) on Friday, September 6, 2019.
