This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN). This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government to award a contract. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is seeking information solely for the purpose of market research for the items listed below. Vendors may also provide information on similar items. Vendors are also requested to provide pertinent characteristics and to address any concerns related to shipping to Korea. a. Shield Enclosure Air Frame (TFBS-4-System) • RF-shielded inflatable enclosure with inside dimensions of 3.5 ft (W) x 5 ft (D) x 7 ft (H). • System must be frame-supported with no metal or PVC structure; must be inflatable and rugged. • Attenuation of 105 dB (minimum) from 30 MHz to 20 GHz. • Includes SECURL blower system and integrated 60Hz 9A filtered power input. • Power panel with 4x RJ-45 and 2x Fiber Optic passthrough ports. • 1012 LED interior lighting system. • Includes dual frame inflation pumps (primary + auto backup). • Must be deployable by one person within 10 minutes. • Includes an integrated work table and two ruggedized travel cases. • One-year warranty included. b. SECAIR/SEPAC Environmental Control System • Portable closed-loop HVAC system for TSWA enclosure. • Provides internal temperature regulation and pressure stability. • Includes travel case for field portability. • Includes power adapter and hose/cable connections. c. Maxwell Compact 2-Talker System • Two-user audio communication system for classified use. • Integrates inside TSWA with noise masking and encrypted capability. • Encased in high-durability Briggs & Riley travel case. • Supports secure internal discussion without external transmission. d. Maxine 3rd Gen Travel 8 Speech Masking System • Includes eight (8) battery-powered VS1 masking modules with magnetic housing. • Each speaker module must include an internal sound generator producing pink/white noise at SPLs adjustable between 55–75 dB. • Includes 8 x 15-ft 3.5mm stereo cables, suitable for low-profile and discrete connection. • Includes 4 lightweight magnetic-mount speakers and 4 heavy magnetic-mount speakers for surface versatility. • Includes 16 reusable adhesive sticky pads for surface mounting without hardware. • Includes 4 dual-port AC/DC power converters, each with 6-ft standard power cables. • Full system stored in a padded, soft-sided portable travel case. • Must provide coverage for up to 400 sq ft perimeter area. • Designed for perimeter masking of classified spaces, compliant with ICD 705 standards.
