Change the Solicitation due date to 20 September 2021, 1:00 PM (KST, Korean Standard Time). This change is reflected in Sections #6 & #9 - ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 3. Add Site Visit information to Section #8. _ 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 effective 07-12-2021. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov. 3. This Solicitation is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a business size standard of $8.0M. 4. DESCRIPTION: The 51st Civil Engineer Squadron at Osan AB, Republic of Korea is requesting all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide repairs of the Active Vehicle Barrier (AVB) system at Morin Gate. 5. QUESTIONS: Submit technical questions to the Contract Specialist, SSgt Sadie Lambert at sadie.l.lambert.mil@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, Mr. Pyong Ha Hwang at pyongha.hwang.ln@mail.mil via email no later than 13 September 2021, 1:00 PM (KST, Korean Standard Time). Please include the solicitation number (PAN411-21-P-0000-003300) in the subject line on the email. Telephonic (verbal) questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions, which may affect offers, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the Request for Quote. 6.QUOTE SUBMISSION: Offerors are requested to submit a quote for the line items on the Request for Quote; Attachment 1. Quotes must be received in writing, via email to the Contract Specialist at sadie.l.lambert.mil@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer at pyongha.hwang.ln@mail.mil no later than 20 September 2021, 1:00 PM (KST, Korean Standard Time). 7.ATTACHMENTS: 1.Request for Quote (RFQ) 2.Performance Work Statement (Dated 25 August 2021) 8.SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Sunday, 12 September 2021 at 07:30 (7:30 AM KST, Korean Standard Time) at Morin Gate, Osan Air Base. It is highly recommended that interested vendors arrive 30 minutes prior to the site visit so they can process their base access at the Visitor's Center and be ready to start the site visit at 0730 (7:30 AM KST, Korean Standard Time). We request that interested vendors only bring at most three (3) representatives from their company to the site visit. If you are interested in attending the site visit please email the Contract Specialist at sadie.l.lambert.mil@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer at pyongha.hwang.ln@mail.mil no later than Wednesday, 8 September 2021 at 0900 (9:00 AM KST, Korean Standard Time).
