This sources sought notice is for market research only to identify qualified sources for contractor-provided, individually packaged meal preparation and delivery in support of Joint Security Cooperation Group–Panama at Base Aeronaval Cristóbal Colón, Panama. The requirement supports Jungle Operations Training Course students with recurring four-day RSOI meal service (dinner Day 1; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Days 2–4; anticipated 120–150 students per course) and Rotational Training Unit personnel with breakfast and dinner during a 12-month base period. Meals must be prepared, packaged, transported, and delivered as individual to-go meals for sanitary distribution in austere field conditions, with contractor flexibility for schedule, quantity, serving time, delivery location, and personnel changes while complying with food safety and inspection requirements. Before award, the contractor’s proposed food preparation facility must have a Government-accepted Food and Water Risk Assessment at no additional cost to the Government, and the anticipated 12-month period of performance begins on or about November 1, 2026. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide capability information, relevant experience, confirmation of ability to provide catering from the Cristóbal Colón area, optional rough order of magnitude pricing, lead time, and identified risks or logistical considerations.
