THEREFORE, INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Center – Americas, in support of US Army South, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 65,100 lbs of bagged ice with delivery to Teteron Barracks and TTDF Reserves Center, Trinidad and Tobago. The vendor shall only deliver bagged ice that has been sourced from an approved vendor listed in the Worldwide Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement or have a Food and Water Risk Assessment (FWRA) conducted. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver bagged ice. The anticipated schedule is from 9 Apr 2025 to 5 May 2025. The Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment and services under the terms of this contract. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supplies or services.
