The contractor shall be in a safe and secure location. The contractor shall be in or near a metropolitan area and international airport. The purpose of this requirement is to provide lodging, meals, conference facilities, audiovisual equipment and transportation in support of the TRADEWINDS Fiscal Year 2024 event in Doral, Florida. This requirement period of performance is from 3-17 May 2024.
