The purpose of this amendment is the following: To change the period of performance (POP) of the requirement in the solicitation. All changes in the combined-synopsis solicitation are going to be identified by color red font and yellow highlight. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PAN410-23-P-0000 000894 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 dated 08 August 2023. * Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. * The Government will evaluate each quote based on price and meeting the minimum needs of the Government. Contract award shall be made to the lowest price quoted that meets the Government’s minimum needs. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-05, effective date 07 September 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485320, Passenger Van Rental with driver, was considered and selected as the corresponding code. The size standard is $19,000,000.00. This requirement is not set aside for small business. The 410th CSB, requires 2 vans with drivers with a minimum capacity of 8 passengers per van in support of United States Army South, SFAB, Ecuador.
