This is a Sources Sought (SS) request for information Management Support to be used for market research and for industry insight/capability purposes, only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy and to fine tune a developing requirement in support of US Southern Command. The Government is seeking responses from 8(a) vendors only capable of performing the required services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. Responses to this announcement are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Please note, however, responses to this announcement may be used for evaluation in determining the best candidates with regard to their capabilities and ability to meet SOUTHCOM’s (United States Southern Command) needs. Respondents shall refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and information below for a full description of and concept of the anticipated requirement. This documentation, including attachments, has been posted for reference in DRAFT format and is subject to change prior to the release of a solicitation.
