The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) has a requirement for lodging, meals, and parking in support of Human Rights Initiative in SOUTHCOM’s Conference Center of the Americas (CCA) event in Doral, FL. The period of performance will be 29 November - 2 December 2022. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. This announcement constitutes the synopsis. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 04 October 2022. Quoters should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. Due to high traffic in the area, the hotel shall be located within three (3) miles of the USSOUTHCOM Headquarters at 9301 NW 33rd St, Doral, Florida 33172 to transport participants securely to and from the lodging location. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Please note that quotes will be accepted directly from Hotels only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.
