A draft performance work statement has been included. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted within the next two (2) to five (5) business days; at which time proposals will be accepted. The contractor shall provide Counternarcotic External Assessment Services in support of Joint Interagency Task Force – South (JIATF-S). An external review of USSOUTHCOM’s counternarcotic efforts should aim to examine how USSOUTHCOM could more optimally allocate its counternarcotic resources in the interests of U.S. National Security.
