The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and all other federal government agencies are host Dignitaries’ events, Traditional Commander’s Activities (TCA) events, Training and Exercise (TREX) events, and other Exercise and Workshop events, which includes all Ministers of Defense, Chief of Defense, Ministers from the Caribbean, Central and South America, all other Partner Nation personnel, cabinet level Assistants from the US Government, and several senior executives from private and public enterprises. In addition, US Government personnel, US Military personnel, senior officials from several US Government Departments and agencies, and several General officers will be attending these events. For Dignitaries’ events, the venue shall reflect the prestige and executive quality of a Political ? Military event of the highest magnitude. The lodging consists of approximately 15 ? 100 participants per requirement. This requirement includes hotel lodging, meals, conference space, welcome reception, transportation, and parking services required in support of USSOUTHCOM and all other federal agencies. The Government will establish multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) with local hotels in support of these requirements. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this announcement for interested parties to review and determine their own capability of satisfying the maximum potential requirements which may arise from the issuance of specific future requirements which will be solicited under the resulting Master BPA. Please note that offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from Hotels within the specified area(s) as written in the PWS. All responsible and responsive offers received will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for obtaining and reviewing the PWS by either downloading or requesting the documents from the Contract Specialist by email. All interested and capable hotels responding to this announcement will be sent pricing lists, BPA terms and conditions, and BPA call ordering procedures. An assessment will be made to determine the hotel's capability and their ability to meet security requirements once all pricing has been submitted by the hotel. If a hotel is determined to be capable of meeting any and all security requirements under the attached PWS, a BPA will then be issued to that hotel for a period not to exceed 1 May 2025.
