The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility operations and maintenance (O&M), to include preventative maintenance and demand maintenance, and minor military construction (MMC) services at US Army Garrison Miami's 55-acre site with over 650,000 square feet of primary facilities, a 10MW auxiliary power plant, a 4000-ton central AC plan and other supporting utilities, security, and other infrastructure at 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral, FL 33172 and the Homestead site (89-acre site) at 29401 SW 125th Avenue, Building 600, Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL 33039.
