The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 212321 - Construction Sand and Gravel Mining. Only experienced and qualified suppliers should respond. Respondents must demonstrate that they have the capabilities to provide and deliver these supplies. Brief Description of Gravel: Trzebien Motorpool3 (MP3), Site D has two locations, (a) and (b). The location and volumes are as follows: SITE D Trzebien MP3 Location: Latitude, Longitude: 51.393914, 15.574941. (a) Base Course Aggregate (Volume: M^3): 8,640 Surface Course Aggregate (Volume: M^3): 4,320 (b) Surface Course Aggregate (Volume: M^3): 2,700 The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Contractor shall be able to access Polish and US Military base. Delivery schedule shall start no later than 15 February 2019 and completed by 14 March 2019.
