The 409th CSB/Theater Contracting Center is synopsizing a requirement for Installation Materials for delivery to an OCONUS U.S. Army Installtion in Germany. In accordance with FAR 13.104 the Government intends to solicit local sources from within Europe, however, vendors may review the draft requirements and submit their interest by submitting a capability statement or brochure to the point of contacts identified in this synopsis. If vendors choose to submit a capability statement or brochure the Government may use that information as part of their market research. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR 5.203(h) because one or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
