All other Terms and Conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged. ***Original Posting**** This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. For detailed instructions on submitting a quote, please refer to the attached document, which outlines our solicitation procedures based on FAR 12.603(c)(2)(ii)-(xvi). The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single non-personal services contract to provide the following services listed below to the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Army Community Services (ACS) and Family Advocacy Program (FAP) in Wiesbaden, Germany. A. Family Advocacy Program (FAP) non-personal services to military personnel, family, members, and DoD civilians, and their family members in the Wiesbaden Military Community. B. Administrative Services in support of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) to manage all of the administrative aspect of the program. C. Army Community Service (ACS) Relocation Support, Reception, and Administrative Service. The contract will be a fixed-price contract. Proposed performance is a 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option periods and a start date on or around 01 JUNE 2025. Place of Performance will be in Wiesbaden, Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.24 of the PWS for additional information. The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted on SAM.gov.
