The Army requires recycling collection and disposal services for USAG RP Installations in Germany under a five-year Firm Fixed Unit Price Requirements contract using FAR Part 12 commercial services. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, containers, compactors, and pedestals, including approximately 300 recyclable pick-ups per month, about 150 leased/serviced bins/containers/compactors, 12 pedestal steps, and disposal of roughly 80 metric tons of recyclables per month. FAR Part 19 small business programs will not apply because performance in Germany requires knowledge of and compliance with local labor and other laws, and the solicitation will target local sources and be posted to SAM.gov. The requirement is currently unfunded, and award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. Interested vendors must request addition to the interested vendor list by email only; telephone or mail requests will not be accepted.
