The USAG-Rheinland Pfalz has a requirement for custodial/janitorial services at the footprints of USAG-RP. The contractor shall provide cleaning services at Government Owned/ Government Operated facilities. The Contractor shall accomplish all custodial tasks and be required to provide other services identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, equipment, supplies, chemicals, supervision, transportation, and other items or services to ensure that the custodial services be performed in a manner that will maintain a safe, satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at the location specified herein.
