Germany is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if any company is capable of offering accommodation for 240 people, conference rooms for around 400 participants, and breakrooms in Germany (Germany wide) for the period of performance of 27 November - 1 December 2023 ( see attached PWS for all the details) This Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential vendors capable of conducting and accomplishing this event for a possible solicitation. This announcement is not a request for an offer. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers, and the Government is not obligated to award a contract due to this announcement. No funds are available to pay for the preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to offer this service are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by August 21, 2023, 10:00 am eastern standard time (18:00 CEST).
