The 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theatre Contracting Center (TCC), Installation Services Division (ISD) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Refuse Disposal in the Baumholder Military Community (BMC). The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. This is a non-personal services contract to provide for the disposal of trash and recycling for the Baumholder Military Community. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Refuse Disposal services to BMC as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All waste from residential and administrative facilities must be left to the public waste disposal system. Host Nation law requires that all residents of Germany properly dispose of their refuse by recycling as much as possible.
