The Government intends to establish two separate hybrid (FFP & T&M) IDIQ contracts for a wide range of environmental services, including NEPA consultation, habitat management, compliance, surveys, and lab services. The performance period may be for more than five years. The Request for Information specifically asks about contractor experience performing these services within Europe on military installations over the past five years.
