Performance Period: Estimated 120 calendar days. Magnitude of Work: Estimated between $115,000.00 and $140,000.00. Government's actual minimum needs: See attached Statements of Work (SOW) SOW - Dagger Rheinblick 4373A 5136 Pre-Remarks Repair Sewer Pumps SOW - Dagger 4373A Sanitary Sewer Pump Repair SOW - Rheinblick 5136 Repair and Replacement of a Pump Shaft This is a Request for Technical Proposals and will be conducted as a Two Step Sealed Bid under Subpart 14.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). It will be difficult to submit an acceptable technical proposal without attending the scheduled site visit, so all interested vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed, to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. SITE VISIT: A one-time site visit for this requirement will be held. Green, andrew.w.green17.civ@mail.mil of their intent to attend the site visit. This notification shall include the full names of all attendees. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit. After the site visit details are posted, vendors shall email the Government Points of Contact, Mr. Green and Ms. Ahuja, of their intent to attend the site visit.
