THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This is a follow-on requirement for non-personal security guard services for equipment and personnel to be provided at a site in Israel. Any interested parties must meet Security Level A requirements, monitor security sensors and have personnel positioned to perform security functions for protecting a site in Israel from 01 Dec 2022 – 30 Nov 2027 with 4 anticipated option periods. Provide and maintain security force to execute their task. The Contractor must have a SECRET facility clearance and all personnel must have a secret clearance. This is a follow on acquisition for contract W564KV-18- C-2000. There will be an anticipated 60 day Mobilization Period from 01 Oct 2022- 30 Nov 2022. This is not a request for proposal or quote. The Government is seeking capability information from interested vendors under NAICS 561612, Security guards and patrol services, in Israel. The Government will not pay or reimburse for the submission of this information. Interested contractors should submit their responses indicating their interest and capabilities for the requirements stated in the performance work statement (PWS). A draft PWS is included in this sources sought. This is a draft only. Interested companies shall include a cover page which includes the following: Company name and address CAGE Code and DUNS Company size and applicable NAICS Point(s) of contact (name, phone number, and email address) Responses to the questions below: 1. Has your company performed the same or similar services in Israel and/or USAEUR’s area of responsibility? If so, please provide relevant capabilities showing to having done so to include place of performance, dollar value, contract duration, and a brief description of the requirement. 2. Does your company have a Secret Facility Clearance? 3. Can you provide personnel with Secret Security Clearance to provide services in the PWS? 4. How long would mobilization take from date of award to full performance? 6. Please explain your experience working with visas and international work permits in Israel and/or in USAREUR. 7.
