Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the replacement of Terrace Dividers at Aukamm Housing Area, USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. Magnitude of Work: Estimated between $80,000.00 and $130,000.00 Performance Period: 150 calendar days. Government's actual minimum needs: See attached SOW - Replacement of Terrace Dividers. This is a Request for Technical Proposals and will be conducted as a Two Step Sealed Bid under Subpart 14.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). It will be difficult to submit an acceptable proposal without attending the scheduled site visit, so all interested vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. SITE VISIT: A one-time site visit for this requirement will be held. DATE: 1 August 2019 TIME: 10:00 hours Central European Time (CET) LOCATION: Aukamm Housing Area, Parking Lot at Rheinlandstrasse between building 7312 and 7304, 65191 Wiesbaden, Germany No later than 10:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET) on 31 July 2019, interested vendors shall inform Martin Glueck, martin.glueck.ln@mail.mil and Jeannie M. Botteri, jeannie.m.botteri.civ@mail.mil of their intent to attend the site visit. This notification shall include the full names of all attendees. Only two (2) representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit. Site visit attendees are required to be at the parking lot at Rheinlandstrasse between buildings 7312 and 7304 no later than 10:00 am on the scheduled date.
