The Theater Contracting Center is conducting market research for Commercial Capabilities and Delivery Timelines for trailer-mounted commercial air purification and compression units for firefighting departments. The requirement is for two (2) each commercial items to support the above requirement. Please include all costs associated with this item to include carrier Delivery to destination. Please do not included VAT with your response. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes -it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capacity to supply the requested items, please respond no later than 05 July 2019; 1200 Central European Time (CET). If you have any questions or concerns before submission of your responses, please submit questions or concerns NLT 02 July 2019, 1900hrs (CET). Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services should respond by providing the Government the following information; point of contact, address, telephone numbers, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a brief summary of the company's capabilities, description of the item and any other pertinent information. Provide any supporting information such as commercial literature, catalogues, manuals, etc. If a respondent chooses to utilize the services of sub-tier vendors or subcontractors, those vendors or subcontractors must meet the criteria specified herein as well.
