The 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office-Wiesbaden intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract for four (4) Deployable Secure Containers to be delivered to Wiesbaden-Erbenheim, Germany. All work performed in the design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and transportation of the containers under this contract shall be performed in a United States (U.S.) controlled facility in the United States of America (USA), by U.S. companies using U.S. persons (an individual who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20) or who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) and shall be in compliance with ICD 705. This is a BRAND NAME requirement. Alarm Systems: The manufacturer Identiv is the required system for Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) controllers within the Secure Office Containers and our Area of Operations. The Identiv system is a proprietary alarm controller system and is not compatible with any other manufacturer. Cypher Locking System: The manufacturer Kaba Mas is the required cypher lock manufacturer for securing each container per ICD-705 guidance.
