This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this acquisition is PAN408-19-P-5273 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). A subsequent Purchase Order will be awarded to the most qualified vendor.
