SOURCES SOUGHT (SS) REFERENCE NUMBER PAN408-19-P-0000-004097 INTRODUCTION THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE, BUT RATHER A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The 408th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Center - Qatar (RCC-QA) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for printer maintenance services in accordance with (IAW) the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of Area Support Group - Qatar (ASG-QA). REQUIREMENT Provide Camp As-Sayliyah (CAS) and surrounding sites with a technician capable of performing maintenance work on the devices during the normal work day (07:30 to 16:30). ASG-QA estimated requirement is for Lexmark printers CX725de, X950de, X860de, and X862dte to include Hewlett-Packard (HP) brand printers. All printers are located on either Camp As-Sayliyah (CAS), Camp As-Sayliyah South (CAS-South), or Falcon 78 (F-78), vendor shall be located within a 50-100 mile radius of these areas. The estimated period of performance consists of a base year plus four options. Specifics regarding the number of option periods will be provided in the solicitation. INTERESTED SOURCES CAPABLE OF FULFILLING THIS REQUIREMENT shall submit documentation addressing all required elements listed herein; providing only a reference to a website is unacceptable for purposes of this announcement and will not be considered or reviewed. All proprietary or corporate data received shall be clearly identified and shall be protected from release to sources outside the Government. Please do not submit classified material. Contractors interested in providing this service shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Contractors responding to this SS are asked to provide the following information: 1. No more than a 5 page capability narrative explaining how the company can meet printer maintenance services for Lexmark and HP and provide the supply of ink, toner, and other items to keep the printers running. Provide response time for service calls and type of work your company has performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement. 2. What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks. 3. Company's full name, point of contact, and address. 4. DUNS and CAGE number. Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist, Dremayne Doyle in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email at dremayne.t.doyle.civ@mail.mil and Contracting Officer, SFC Jonathan Long, jonathan.d.long18.mil@mail.mil.
