Mouth of the Columbia River (MCR) North Jetty Repair Project Phase 2
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District is seeking construction firms for the Mouth of the Columbia River North Jetty Repair Project Phase 2, located near Ilwaco, Washington. The project involves mandatory repair and reconstruction of approximately 2,300 feet of jetty trunk, with an estimated stone volume of 17,000 cubic yards, plus optional work for an additional 1,000 feet of trunk and the jetty head. Stone production, delivery, and placement are expected in calendar year 2027, potentially extending into 2028, with construction completion by the end of calendar year 2028. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Performance will occur at the North Jetty site, accessible via Cape Disappointment State Park in Washington.
