This contract is for comprehensive base operations support services at Apiay Air Base near Villavicencio, Colombia. The work includes facility and equipment repair, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, administrative support, and billeting management. The Government anticipates a 6-month base period starting July 30, 2026, followed by four 12-month option periods. The contract will use a combination of Fixed Price and Cost reimbursement CLINs, with some elements having Not-To-Exceed (NTE) values. A pre-proposal conference and site visit are tentatively scheduled.
