The Joint Task Force, National Capital Region, requires contractor support to provide tents for medical aid stations and troop comfort at events like Presidential State Funerals and Inaugurations across the National Capital Region. The contract is a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a seven-year order period. Tents must be free-standing with opaque side walls, protective flooring, lighting, quiet generators, and heating/cooling. The contractor must be able to perform on as little as 36 hours' notice, seven days a week, including nighttime hours. Contractor personnel will need to pass a background check for security purposes.
