FY26 FY Medical Tents
The Joint Task Force, National Capital Region, requires contractor support to provide tents for medical aid stations, holding areas, and troop warming/cooling stations at events across the National Capital Region. The contract is a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a seven-year order period. Tents must be free-standing with opaque side walls, protective flooring, lighting, quiet generators, and heating/cooling. The contractor must be able to perform on as little as 36 hours' notice, seven days a week, including nighttime hours. Contractor personnel must pass a background check for security purposes.
