This is a pre-solicitation notice for comprehensive wireless services (voice, data, messaging) for 1,000 to 1,500 service lines in Italy. The contract will be awarded to a qualified Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holder on the European Theater Wireless BPAs, with an anticipated award date no later than 10 April 2026. The Period of Performance is set to begin on 13 April 2026. Mandatory vendor requirements include the ability to transition active phone numbers within 24 hours, the use of physical SIM cards, and full compliance with Section 889.
