The U.S. Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Moore, Georgia is requesting capable sources on behalf of the Manuever Center of Excellence (MCoE) to determine the availability of qualified businesses to procure the following: Provide four (4) drawer style electronic key storage system systems: 1) One (1) system capable of storing a minimum of 240 keys with one (1) monitor, one (1) keyboard one (1) fingerprint reader, and one (1) printer; 2) One (1) system capable of storing 960 keys, one (1) monitor, one (1) Key board, one (1) fingerprint reader and one (1) printer. (3) One (1) system capable of storing 35 multi-key rings containing approximately 30 keys per ring and 150 vehicle key rings with credit card holders, one (1) or two (2) keys per ring with one (1) monitor, one (1) keyboard, one (1) fingerprint reader, and one (1) printer. 4) One (1) system capable of storing 1,440 keys with one (1) monitor, one (1) keyboard, one (1) fingerprint reader, and one (1) printer. Warranty service is vital to both the mission success and the success of this organization to serve the customer accurately by ensuring that the Electronic Key Storage System Systems are functioning properly at all times. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only in accordance with FAR Part 10. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 337215. The size standard for NAICS 337215 isis 500 employees. Submission shall include the subject line Electronic Key StorageSystem. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred in response to this notice. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor SAM.gov for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
