This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAN 021634 is issued as a solicitation. The closing date and time of this solicitation is 28 June 2021, 11:00 A.M. EST. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 517410, Size STD $32.5. This requirement is a 100% [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The requirements for this solicitation are: Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT): Internet Service with 8x4 Mbps CIR for 1.2m Hawkeye with an iDirect 900BSM Support small-form factor VSATs requiring higher power satellites Provide an 8x4 mbps CIR VSAT internet connection to one 1.2 Hawkeye with an iDirect 900BSM modem, located in Guam. The period of performance will be 8 July 2021 to 8 August 2021. Provide helpdesk capability during period of performance. The award will be all or none. Prices quoted shall be FOB destination.
