DESCRIPTION This Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to support an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) requirement for the fabrication of electrical harness and cable assemblies in accordance with Government drawing packages for Tobyhanna Army Depot, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Please refer to the DRAFT Statement of Work, included with this announcement, for more information about the requirements. This RFI is issued solely for market research information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The information submitted in response to this RFI may be used to help the Government further define its requirements and in response to a potential increase in workload. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Notice marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release from the Government. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to make an award based on this RFI. The Government reserves the right to follow up on a one-on-one basis with RFI respondents to gain additional information or clarity about information submitted. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The Government is seeking to identify potential sources capable of satisfying this complete requirement at the prime contractor level under NAICS code 334419 (other electrical component manufacturing) and PSC 5995 (cable, cord, and wire assemblies: communication equipment). Potential sources should have the mission shop flex capacity capable to support a cabling surge requirement to enable the Government to meet delivery schedules. Potential sources are requested to provide information of their firm's Quality Management System including AS9100/AS9110 certification and any other relevant certifications.
